Elucidare Software Limited was formed in the 1980’s. Its first mission was to develop, market, and publish financial accounting educational software – SmartAccount II. Since, Elucidare has predominantly provided information technology services to government and private sector clients. Services have focused on project management and business analyses – predominantly in the business intelligence field. Clients have included Alberta based software development organizations, provincial government ministries within the Alberta government; and larger private sector companies – predominantly within the oil and gas and telecommunications sectors.
